We are so blessed to be able to build a new production facility to keep up with the wine demands of all of our amazing guests.
We will have the building finished soon and we cannoth wait to move our production equipment over there and start filling even more bottles of our delicious wines.
Blueberry - Sweet, fruit forward, just picked off the vine blueberry taste. It pairs well with nuts, cheese, and even cheesecake.
Cranberry - Made with cranberries, sweet and tart.
Elderberry - As one our first wines made with elderberry from the family farm. A soft distinctive taste of excellence.
Elderberry Blackberry - Two luscious berries in one deliciously sweet wine.
Indulge Me - A delicious blend of chocolate and elderberries. Perfect by itself or with more chocolate.
Muscadine - A true southern belle with flavor as big as the grape itself. Tastes like a handfull of fruit snacks.
Raspberry - Sweet and tart raspberries at their freshest. Served chilled, pairs deliciously with chocolate.
Spiced Wine (Elderberry) - Elderberry wine enhanced with cinnamon and cloves. Serve hot like a Wassail or cold over ice with fruit as a Sangria. Served at the 2002 Winter Olympic Village!
Elderflower - Sweet white wine made with flowers of the elderberry.
Lady Dulcé - Lady Dulce is light and delicate, blended with sweet white grapes that makes this wine a true indulgence. We compare it to a delightful Moscato.
Lady Pearl - This simple blend has a refreshing strawberry flavor to compare to the best Moscato. Gold Medal winner at the 2016 INDY Wine Competition.
Peach - Bursting with fresh peach flavor, this wine will leave you wanting to wipe the juice from your chin.
Prairie Sunset - A wonderful blend of white grapes and elderberries, similar to a Pink Moscato.
Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - This wine tastes just like grandma's Strawberry Rhubarb pie.
Blackberry Mead - A delicious and sweet honey and Blackberry mead, tastes like blackberries dipped in honey.
Blackberry Peach Mead - A delicious and sweet Peach and Blackberry mead.
Blueberry Mead - A delicious and sweet honey and Blueberries mead, tastes like blueberries dipped in honey.

Killer Bee Mead (Jalapeno) - SPICY! Our fire hot Japaleno wine made with sweet honey, tastes like jalapenos dipped in honey.
Mead - A sweet honey wine, all natural. Made with Orange Blossom Honey and tastes like the smoothest liquid honey.
Peach Mead - A sweet honey wine blended with our Peach Wine. Made with Orange Blossom Honey and tastes like the smoothest liquid honey.

Elderberry - Our Elderberry lightly sweetened to a Semi-Dry and is compairable to a Chianti.
Traminette - Light and fruity with notes of grapefruit.
Chardonnay - Smooth and buttery, a crisp dry white wine.
Chisholm Trail - Made from Chardonnel White Grapes and finished dry, similar to a Sauvignon Blanc.
Elderflower - Light and floral, with a natural sweetness from the nextar of the Elderflower. Similar to a Pinot Grigio.
Green Devil Jalapeno - HOT!!! A spicy jalapeño wine almost too hot to drink. We recommend using it as a marinade or an accent to any mixed drink.

Cardinal Red - Muscadine grape wine, finished dry with notes of Concord Grapes.
